Homemade feet mask
Homemade feet masks are cheap, natural, and extremely effective while being super easy to make. All the ingredients can be found in your kitchen cupboard.
Feet mask with fromage and banana
Take 1 large and mashed banana and mix it with a tablespoon of fromage. Apply it to the feet and rinse down after 15 minutes. Put on some cream on your feet.
Feet mask with milk and oats
Boil a glass of milk, then slightly cool it so that it wouldn’t burn you in the feet. Add oats. Wait a few moments so that the oat flakes become softer and create a thick mush and the milk was absorbed. Such created paste apply to the feet, wrap with foil so that it wouldn’t run down and rinse it after a quarter.
Feet mask with potato and eggs
Two medium-sized potatoes peel and boil, then mush. Add egg yolk and mix. When cooled, still warm paste apply to the feet and wrap with foil. Rinse down after 15 minutes.

Soothing mint exfoliator for feet
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of powdered sugar
- olive or avocado oil
- 5 drops of peppermint or lavender essential oil
1 glass of powdered sugar put in a bowl then slowly add olive oil or avocado oil (it can be any natural oil that you like). Mix it together to gain slightly moist but grainy texture. You can also make this mixture into scrub by using regular sugar or oat flakes. Lastly, add a few drops of peppermint or lavender oil for additional refreshing and antiseptic properties. You can use a prepared exfoliator, e.g. during soaking your feet.
Refreshing exfoliator for feet
Ingredients:
- glasses of powdered sugar
- 1/3 glass of sweet almond or argan oil
- 6-8 drops of lemon or lemongrass essential oil
Mix powdered sugar and sweet almond oil by adding it slowly to the sugar and making sure that the texture is not too thin. You can enrich it with some regular sugar. The perfect exfoliator has a wet sand texture. Add 6-8drops of lemon or lemongrass essential oil – it’s a super quick way for refreshment for your feet.
After such treatment, your feet will be ready for the summer! Of course, remember also about manicure – cut and file your nails and every evening rub some castor oil in them – it’s the best and cheapest method for 100% natural nail conditioner that can ensure fast improvement and strengthening.
